This policy covers paid plans for the TET Accessibility API, which powers the AI fix suggestions in the WordPress plugin TET Accessibility for WooCommerce. It is operated by TET.
You can request a full refund within 30 days of any purchase, for any reason. You do not need to justify the request. Email support@tetphilosopher.com from the address on the account and we will process it.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides how quickly it appears, typically 5 to 10 business days.
We do not refund the unused remainder of an annual term after 30 days. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
If something on our side stopped the service working and we could not fix it, contact us. We will look at it on the facts rather than the calendar.
Cancel at any time by emailing support@tetphilosopher.com, or through the link in any payment receipt.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Your key keeps working until then, and you are not charged again. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund; if you are within 30 days of purchase and want your money back, say so and we will refund you.
The plugin itself is free and stays fully usable. Scanning your store, the issue list, the dismissal log and the CSV export all run on your own server and never required a paid plan. Only the AI fix suggestions stop.
Findings already stored in your own database, and any reports you exported, remain yours.
The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund or cancel. Stop using it whenever you like, or ask us to delete the key.
Tell us and we will refund the duplicate in full, regardless of the 30 day window.
If something is wrong, please email us first. We would rather refund you directly and quickly. Raising a chargeback without contacting us costs us a fee and takes longer for you.
