I have been in the US and majored English literature and Fashion merchandising for a little less than two years at Marymount University in Virginia state.
After return home, I participated in exhibitions performed as an interpreter and the Assistant outfitting-related salesperson and buyer in Paris, France.
After the beginning participating as a volunteer in a music event plan company, and having experienced the type of job called the artist care that took care of the musician of foreign countries, I experienced duties such as the visa acquisition about the invitation as an employee.
I have done learning with Think 40 program in 2016 and am still focusing on IBM Design Thinking and Agile.I have earned badge of IBM Design Thinking Practitioner and the Agile Explorer issued by IBM.
I am not the programmer, but the Agile, which means 機敏な、明敏な in Japanese is more like Philosophy or Methodology, so that causes anything in your work like big project or even daily tasks. As I said, Agile is like Philosophy and the way of thinking. Trust and Respect is Core belief based on, we need continuous improvement which means 改善 in Japanese. My name, 哲郎 means almost like Philosopher, So I am learning and exploring to be Agile day by day.
Moving faster, Learning faster, Skills are going to be improve real quick. You don’t have to care about failing, Iterate your Prototype that I meant Core belief, and Sprint with 改善, That works for whatever in your entire life. I am trying to demonstrate what the Agile is all about with my thoughts.This is my Urgent Prioritized Activity for my Job.
